I think the issue here is that the `+scanref` table did not yet exist. The software referenced it, and it didn't exist yet, so a TableDeletedException was raised. I'm thinking the SimpleGarbageCollector should not be running until the upgrade process is completed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
