[I] accumulo-cluster start has strange behavior [accumulo]

   **Describe the bug**
   `accumulo-cluster start` briefly returns control back to the command line in 
the middle of execution, continues execution, then hangs.
   
   It seems everything is started correctly, however.
   
   **Versions (OS, Maven, Java, and others, as appropriate):**
    - Affected version(s) of this project: 4.0
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Can setup accumulo 4.0 snapshot using uno, `accumulo-cluster stop`, then 
`accumulo-cluster start`
   
   **Expected behavior**
   Should not relinquish control back to the command line in the middle of 
execution and should not hang.
