Follow-up to my PR #5678. I created an of() method for TabletId that easily creates TabletId objects, and that PR was merged into 2.1 and then main. In the [original issue](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues/5666#issue-3163971908) it was said that once these methods are created, they should be used in Accumulo's own tests when possible.
