MetaFateOpsCommandsIT and UserFateOpsCommandsIT would take 10 minutes each
before this commit, now take 3 minutes each
- modified test to be able to use SharedMiniClusterBase instead of
ConfigurableMacBase, which improved run times
- this required extra cleanup between tests (cleaning up fate ops), and
restarting the Manager for tests that stop it
- now only stop the compactors at the start of the test (BeforeAll),
instead of BeforeEach, which improved run times. This was made possible by the
switch to SharedMiniClusterBase
- fates are now correctly shutdown in the test. Previously, were not
shutdown in a finally, leading to issues if assertions fail and shutdowns don't
happen.
- one test (testTransactionNameAndStep) was only testing USER FATE
transactions for both MetaFateOpsCommandsIT and UserFateOpsCommandsIT. Modified
to test META for the META test and USER for the USER test.
