**Describe the bug**
* Graphs are not showing up (see picture below)
* `Clear Logs` button at `/log` does not work
* May be other issues, these were just some things I noticed
**Versions (OS, Maven, Java, and others, as appropriate):**
- Affected version(s) of this project:
- 2.1.4 (da8f475d5b68f064f33e0b8c7d5b019e5ff38fab)
- 4.0 seems fine
**To Reproduce**
Start uno using current 2.1.4 and view the Monitor
**Expected behavior**
* Graphs should be present
* `Clear Logs` button should work

**Additional context**
Graphs were removed from the Monitor in 4.0, but I believe they should still
exist in 2.1.4. Either way, shouldn't see graph headers with no graph as seen
in the screenshot.
