Review Comment:
   The way that the current config command in the shell works is somewhat 
misleading w/r/t the system properties, the answer you get depends on the 
server you connect to. I'm thinking that a good solution for the config command 
would be to connect to a server in the RG and if there are none, then tell the 
user to use the zoo-info-viewer command.
