* Removed ServerUtilOpts, moved ServerContext to ServerKeywordExecutable
* Renamed ConfigOpts to ServerOpts
* Changed parseArgs method to validateArgs
* Fixed up most utilities to either extend ClientKeywordExecutable or
ServerKeywordExecutable
* Created ServerProcessKeywordExecutable for server processes
* Removed main methods where possible
