OK, so now the error is slightly better (anything is better than NPE :-)), and
I guess that with debug level messages you would have more details, helping to
diagnose the problem comes from using the same cache for Ivy 1.x and 2.x.
So the only remaining issue IMO is to document the cache incompatibility.
