just added the beta2 jar to the plugins folder.
Now i'm down to 1 error...
line 313 of org.apache.ivyde.eclipse.ui.search.FixedJavaSearchPage complains
with:
The method getProjectScopeDescription(String[], int) in the type
JavaSearchScopeFactory is not applicable for the arguments (String[], boolean)
