I've fixed this by using the same way to locate files as we use everywhere 
else: a path relative to the execution directory. This is not the best 
solution, since it doesn't support refactorings, and require to run tests from 
the project basedir, but since we do this everywhere, I took the shortest path 
to fix the problem.
