the wsdlvalidate task has not been written by the Ant team (judging from the
taskdef I'd guess it is from somebody at Eclipse), so you can't really expect
us to know what is wrong.
You most probably need to help the task finding the schema definitions and with
http URLs as Schema locations it may be any kind of network error.
I'll close this since I don't really see how the Ant team can help you.
