IvyDE does not do property value expansion

If I create an Ivy properties file with the variables defined in them, and then
reference those variables in the built script, Ivy via Ant will pick them up,
and inject the correct information. However, the same does not go for IvyDE;
it conks out trying to retrieve <something>-<something>-${lala}.<ext>
