<ivy:cachepath> is not using the * conf as it should according to the

According to the documentation, the user should be able to call <ivy:cachepath>
without specifying a value for the conf attribute. In this circumstance, Ivy
should use the * conf, but what is happening is that Ivy is crashing specifying
an error about no configuration being supplied.
