Please find the attached patch that includes my modest contribution:
- Ivy files are now synonymously called "module descriptors" to better explain
their purpose. ("Descriptor" is an established, more generic term that can be
used also with e.g. Maven POMs.)
- Elaborated dynamic and resolved ivy files documentation, including the
deliver and publish tasks, and several cross-references.
- Added an illustration to the publish task to show its relation with the
deliver task.
- Changed an old reference to "configuration" to "settings" instead as it
should be.
