Have installed the alpha version of the plugin in RAD 7.
This does not seem to install the Ivy editor, so you cannot edit ivy.xml with
the editor, so any changes made to ivy.xml do not trigger a resolve.
I'd class this as a major bug as it makes it very tricky to use in RAD 7
