Simon,
I've applied your patch on my PC locally and added a junit test for your
problem...
I had to made some other changes to get all tests running (I'm not sure they
were related to your patch or to some other changes I've made to make your
patch work with relative includes) and I'll have to do a cleanup first before I
can commit.
