A marker is added on the container if there is any issue with its
configuration. This maker is just an overlay on the container image.
And a marker is added on the ivy xml files when there is a issue with a
configuration issue, or a resolve problem. This maker also add an entry in the
prolem view, and the error marker is propagated among the parent containers
(project, working set).
