I get correct counts for Mark's testcases with JUnit 4.5 and ant 1.7.1, while
the haltonfailure property isn't set correctly.
After applying Brian's patch things seem to be alright. svn revision 688083.
I'm a bit reluctant of adding a test to ant's testsuite since - for the test to
make sense - we'd need to run the test under JUnit4.
