Currently the implementation of Ivy#listTokenValues(String, Map) does not
filter returned values, and does not use maven-metadata.xml files with IBiblio
resolver, while other listing methods do. This method is used in IvyDE for code
completion, and as such is buggy and does not benefit from maven-metadata.xml
file handling.
