I want to run Ivy stand alone off a local cache.

When I do Ivy-report it adds in references in the generated URLs to images that 
are not local but rather are on the Internet

e.g.

<img src="http://ant.apache.org/ivy/images/evicted.gif"; alt="evicted"

All href's shuld be local really, so it works properly without a web connection
