Sample rewrite of the Ant tasks (WIP)
I would like to contribute this change. I haven't seen anyone else take it so
I would be happy to. Borland has indicated that they do not have anyone
assigned to this. In any case, I am submitting my initial changes here. I saw
an email that 2 other people can work on StarTeam. Please have them contact me
to work out a strategy for this. Thanks!
