The lib/README file refers to "NOTICE.xerces", "LICENSE.txt", "LICENSE.dom",
and "LICENSE.sax", but these files do not exist.
Also, lib/optional/README refers to "LICENSE.junit" when it should probably
refer to "LICENSE.junit.html".
