A sample help plugin that contains Ivy documentation was created using these
steps:
1. Create new plugin using 'Plugin with sample help content'.
2. Run generate-doc target in ivy/build-release.xml.
3. Copy created html files from ivy/build.doc to plugin/html directory.
4. Edit toc*.xml files to follow the ivy toc and have them point at
corresponding html files
5. Edit html/style/style.css, add @import book.css. book.css removes navigation
tree and header from ivy html files.
This is by no means a fully funcional help plugin, but demonstrates that Ivy
help can be converted to Eclipse help easily.
