Ivy fails to resolve modules which explicitly says that it has no artifacts.
I've encountered this on my own project when using the ivy:cachepath task so I
patched the Ivy dependence example to reproduce the error which there occurs at
the resolve task.
I've tested this on Ivy 2.0 and on the Ivy 2.1.0-RC1 build.
