according to the installation documentation
(http://ant.apache.org/ivy/history/trunk/install.html), it should be possible
to get ivy.jar from
http://www.apache.org/dist/ant/ivy/ but the archive is currently missing for
the 2.0.0 release.
One possibility would be to change the link to
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ivy/ivy/2.0.0/ivy-2.0.0.jar
