this link http://ant.apache.org/ivy/history/2.1.0-rc1/samples/build.xml
shows a sample build.xml file for the tutorial, but is missing the
xmlns:ivy="antlib:org.apache.ivy.ant"
in the project tag.
Making following the tutorial more difficult.
(sorry if this is a duplicate, couldn't find it)
