Currently name resource selector of <restrict> task to allow matching name
patterns independent of OS file separator.
As suggested by Stefan at
http://www.nabble.com/OS-Independent-file-strings-in-resourcecollections-td25486284.html#a25489043
it would be nice to provide handleDirSep attribute to Name selector and keep
the this flag true by default.
Also, it may be good idea to enforce all the matches against the file happen
independent of os path.
