Part of the ivysettings in my opinion is the properties files to include (even
better if I could import properties into ivysettings but thats a core ivy
deficiency). I have successfully used project://project-name/ivy-settings.xml
however I don't believe the same style reference works for properties files.
This could be a separate issue but they are somewhat related.
