I also noticed these shortcomings of the command-line runner:
- cannot use an IvySettings file via a url (though using <include> from a local
ivysettings.xml is a workaround)
- cannot call -retrieve without a pattern, even if ${ivy.retrieve.pattern} is
defined in the settings file (which is ignored)
