When you right clic on an ivy.xml file, the menu has the "Add Ivy library"
Entry.
But once it is executed, it should be either hidden or deactivated.
Trying to execute it again yields to this error "Build path contains duplicate
entry:
'org.apache.ivyde.eclipse.cpcontainer.IVYDE_CONTAINER/?ivyXmlPath=ivy.xml&confs=*'
for project ..." and thus disabling the ivy classpath container
