Not all objects passed to this method are of type IRuntimeClasspathEntry2.
Some time ago, I saw core exceptions being thrown in this method leading to all
sorts of bizarre behavior. I wish I had written down which project it was so I
could recreate it now. A simple type check averted the issue then.
