Thanks for taking a look at this. Below was my thinking when I made the
change. If you still think there should be an option, I can look at what it
would take to implement that.
I was thinking that if they have the "Do retrieve after Resolve" setting
selected, then it should do a refresh so that the IDE matches what is on the
file system. I was looking at this more as a Bug, not an Improvement.
