repreport should support selecting a resolver

The repreport task should support a resolver attribute. Currently if you have
to create a seperate settings.xml and pass it to th repreport task via
settingsRef.
Hint for the implementer: This kind of enhancement is done to the buildnumber
task some time ago. Maybe a short look at the history gives some help.
