Since the Home==>Features page is a likely first step for new visitors to
http://ant.apache.org/ivy/, grammar and clarity should be improved for this
page. I spent a few hours in grammar rework for this page. I attempted to do
as little interpretation as possible (to avoid straying from intended meaning),
but I did have to interpret meaning in several cases.
