Patch of proposed link updates
While looking at the documentation for bug 55542, I went ahead and looked at
all the links into JavaDocs and specifications. I manually opened each of them
in a browser and checked that the content was right. Where I couldn't tell if
there was updated information, I left it alone (so there are still a few
sun.com URLs left).
Attached is a proposed patch of link updates.
