We have built Ant 1.9.0 from sources following the guidelines provided by you.
But few jars that are created have classpath set(in their manifest file) to
wrong/unavailable jars.
Here are they:

Class-Path: xbean.jar
mail-1.4.jar
Class-Path: activation.jar
serializer-2.7.1.jar
Class-Path: xml-apis.jar
xalan-2.7.1.jar
Class-Path: xercesImpl.jar xml-apis.jar serializer.jar
