apt, a command of the JDK, is deprecated since Java 1.7 according to
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/apt/index.html
In Java 1.8 the tool does not exist, so the Ant task cannot run.
Some testcases and code adaptation are required to deal with this.
