When using a file resolver that doesn't include a {{\[revision\]}} pattern
{{ivy:resolve}} drops the "impossible to put metadata file in cache: .."
message, then {{ivy:retrieve}} fails to retrieve the ivy.xml
I'm including a test, it fails by default but will succeed if you run
{{ant -Drev=1.0}}
