Update the main Ant home page so that it provides a compatibility matrix (or
equivalent), between Ant version and Java version. It should be designed for
the TL;DR crowd (I'll admit to probably being in that group).
Intention is based on latest build likely to limited to JDK 1.8, though should
serve in general guidance for any version.
