### Current Behavior
I'm using Apache APISIX 2.14.1.
I've configured stand-alone mode:
```
apisix:
enable_admin: false
config_center: yaml
```
I've configured a simple route:
```
routes:
- uri: /
methods: [GET, PUT, POST]
upstream:
type: roundrobin
nodes:
"httpbin.org": 1
#END
```
When I execute a PUT request, I get a 405:
```

### Expected Behavior
Stand-alone mode is *the* way to run Apache APISIX in production while
following GitOps patterns. I'd expect you can configure HTTP methods the same
way as for standard mode.
