   ### Issue description
   
   When you are in the global plugins list, if you have multiple enabled 
plugins, try refreshing the page and then deleting one of them, this will cause 
all of them to be deleted. In addition to this, it also happens when you go 
from the plugins list to the global plugins list and delete a plugin.
   
   ### Expected behavior
   
   deleting only the plugins I want to delete
