   - What do you want to know?
   
   1、I started manager-api, but I didn't get any useful information. I don’t 
know if it succeeded or failed

   2、
   I have used the `yarn start` command to start the dashboard, but I get a 404 
error when I access it on the front end. My apisix admin port is 9180 instead 
of 8000. How should this be changed ?
