Thanks to @zhixiongdu027 guidance, kubernetes discovery is running
correctly with the following configuration
```
discovery:
kubernetes: { }
nginx_config: # config for render the template to
genarate nginx.conf
envs:
- KUBERNETES_SERVICE_HOST
- KUBERNETES_SERVICE_PORT
```
