   我在windows上打包apisix和java-plugin-runner的镜像，报错：

我之前在apisix-java-plugin-runner还是0.2.0版本的时候使用过这样打包，当时没有问题，由于现在我换电脑了，没办法获取之前的电脑环境，但是实际上我也没有配置什么东西，都是默认配置。现在打镜像却报这样的错，不太明白是哪里出了问题？

   - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):
