   ### Issue description
   按照官网文档尝试开发java插件，在debug模式下自定义插件无效
   ### Environment
   
   * your apisix-java-plugin-runner version
   环境是macos 12.6 + apisix 2.15 + jdk11
   路由配置如下:

   apisix config.yaml配置如下：

   java启动参数如下：

   java插件目录如下：

   可以看出这里没有进入断点，没有识别到这个插件
