I think you can create 2 services, ServiceA match label `version=1.0` pods, and ServiceB match label `version=1.1` pods. And create 2 upstream, UpstreamA using `namespace/ServiceA` as the service name and UpstreamB using `namespace/ServiceA` as the services name.
