   modify  apisix-ingress-controller  code, remove `resourceSyncLoop` feature.  
etcd dbsize becomes stable.

   etcd version: v3.5.0  (enable simple token auth)
   apisix version: v2.14.1
   ingress-controller version: v1.5.0
