I think for right now, we should do both. I'm not sure how the bitnami chart even has this issue, and it sounds like they could figure out a way to determine if their backing data has been initialized. I'm not understanding how you were able recreate, and then your solution here, > 1) warning Apisix users to perform helm install and then upgrade before using the service Are you saying that I do not need to set the intialClusterState after installing?
