### Description
When I enabled and added SSL configuration, all routes were inaccessible and
there was no log output.（When I removed the configuration, everything was fine）
ssl:
ssl_trusted_certificate:
/usr/local/NetAuth_APIG/apisix_conf/ca_bundle.crt
the config in /apisix_conf/config.yaml
