   ### Description
   
   As a developer, I want the CI more effective and stable, and not need re-try 
manually.
   
   1. migrate the `t/grpc_server_example/` test cases and replace the current 
compilation with the precompiled docker image.
   2. Check why the etcd sometimes fails to start
   3. 
   
   
   The above optimization options are based on CI logs
